Alan Boeckmann

Alan L. Boeckmann is a member and Non-Executive Chairman of the board of NuScale Power Corporation since January 2025, previously serving on the board of NuScale Power, LLC since December 3, 2020. Mr. Boeckmann brings nearly 40 years of leadership experience at Fluor Corporation, including as CEO and Chairman from February 2002 to 2011, Non-Executive Chairman from 2011 to 2012, and Executive Chairman again from May 2019 until his retirement in May 2022.

Mr. Boeckmann joined Fluor Corporation in 1979, with previous service from 1974 to 1977. Mr. Boeckmann helped guide Fluor’s leadership and stakeholder confidence during a critical transition. He continues to serve on the board of NuScale Power, where he brings deep expertise in large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), as well as a clear understanding of the opportunities and challenges that NuScale faces.
