Kent Kresa
Kent Kresa is a member of the NuScale Power Corporation board and previously served on the board of NuScale Power, LLC since August 1, 2019. Mr. Kresa serves as Chairman and Director of Quantum Digital Solutions Corporation and as a Director of Systems & Technology Research Corporation, both private for-profit organizations; as well as a Trustee and Chairman Emeritus of the California Institute of Technology.
He previously served on the board of MannKind Corporation from 2004 to October 2024, where he was chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
In the past, Mr. Kresa has been CEO, President and Chairman of Northrop Grumman Corporation until his retirement in 2003, Chairman and Director of General Motors Corporation, Director of Fluor Corporation and Chairman and Director of Avery Dennison Corporation. Mr. Kresa was Chairman of the Audit Committee while serving as a Director of General Motors Corporation and Fluor Corporation.
Mr. Kresa holds three degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including a Bachelor of Science, and Master of Science in aeronautics and astronautics, and a degree in engineering in aeronautics and astronautics.
