Diana J. Walters
Diana J. Walters joined the board of the NuScale Power Corporation in December 2024. Ms. Walters brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in the natural resources sector, including energy, power, and mining/materials. She has held prominent roles, including serving as Managing Partner of Amichel, LLC which she founded in 2000, President of Liberty Metals and Mining LLC from January 2010 to September 2014, and CFO of Tatham Offshore, Inc. from 1993 to 1996, as well as numerous roles in the investment banking, capital markets, and advisory sectors.
She currently serves on the boards of Trilogy Metals Inc. since 2015, and Platinum Group Metals Limited since 2013, where she is Chair. She previously served on the board of Atmos Energy Corporation from November 2018 to January 2025. She also serves as a Senior Advisor at Independence Point Advisors since January 2022.
Ms. Walters received her Bachelor of Arts degree in plan II Honors and a Master of Arts degree in energy and mineral resources from The University of Texas at Austin.
