Chris Burton
Chris Burton, Vice President, Supply Chain and Projects, joined NuScale in 2026. In his current position, Mr. Burton is responsible for overall leadership of supply chain and procurement projects, and SMR product development. He will also oversee the Project Management office.
Before joining NuScale, Mr. Burton served as Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at Elbit Systems of America and Director of Supply Chain Management for Strategic Subcontracts at Elbit Systems of America. He also held a series of leadership positions at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics supporting the F-35, F-22, and F-16 programs.
Mr. Burton brings more than 15 years of supply chain and project management leadership experience in highly regulated aerospace and defense environments with a background that spans project delivery, supply chain transformation, procurement, sustainment, and enterprise leadership.
Mr. Burton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership from the University of Dallas, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Management from Southern Methodist University, and a Master of Business Administration in Aerospace and Defense from the University of Tennessee.
