The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NuScale Power, LLC (NuScale) Web site and the materials accessible on or from this site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing any part of the site. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not access the Web site.

Intellectual Property. The information on this Web site, including without limitation all design, text, images, videos, white papers, press releases, and other information, is protected under United States and international copyright laws and other international laws and treaties and is owned by NuScale or used under license from the copyright owner. The information may not, except under written license, be copied, reproduced, transmitted, displayed, performed, distributed, rented, sublicensed, altered, stored for subsequent use or otherwise used in whole or in part in any manner without NuScale's prior written consent, except to the extent that such use is authorized under the United States copyright laws. NuScale's trademarks, logos, images, videos and service marks used on this site are the property of NuScale and may not be used without permission from NuScale and then only with proper acknowledgment. NuScale designs and innovations are protected by a variety of United States and international patents and trademarks, both pending and issued, and it is our policy to diligently enforce all of our intellectual property rights.

Confidential Information. NuScale discourages you from sending to the NuScale Web site any information that you consider to be confidential or proprietary. Please note that if you do send any such information or material, NuScale will assume that it is not confidential. European Union Privacy Law Terms

Persons whose personal data is collected and processed in Europe should be aware of the following additional information.

B. Categories of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing. The “Submit” form which you use to submit personal data to this site, and this information is used to respond to your message in the form. Resumes, CVs, and information you actively provide to apply to job postings in the Careers section. Your company contact information you actively provide to register your company in the Suppliers Registration section.

C. Details of Transfers to Third Countries and Safeguards. Your personal data may be transferred to and accessed by Company offices worldwide, including to some countries which may be deemed by the European Union not to have an adequate level of protection of personal data. Transfers of personal data collected and processed in the European Union and processed within Company shall be made consistent with Fluor’s Binding Corporate Rules, which are posted at Fluor Data Protection Binding Corporate Rules Policy. This includes technical and organizational controls upon third parties who may receive your information.

D. Other uses of personal data. In addition to the above, you acknowledge and consent to the fact that Company may maintain personal data and any other information you provide if required to do so by law or if Company has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process; to investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; to respond to claims of third parties; to protect Company’s or third party’s rights, property, safety; or to otherwise enforce this Agreement or the integrity of the site and data. You acknowledge and consent to such disclosure. Circumstances may arise where for business or technological reasons (e.g., for purposes of investigation, routine audits, site administration and improvement, data storage and recovery, and other analytics), it might be necessary for Company and its third party contractors/service providers acting on Company’s behalf to have access to personal information and content submitted via this site. F. Retention. Your personal data will be held for only so long as it is needed for Company’s business purposes, and in accordance with applicable corporate document retention schedules. These schedules are designed to comply with applicable data privacy and other legislation, and to assist Company in maintaining business records which it may need to conduct its business and to respond to lawful requests for information in connection with legal claims or disputes. G. Certain Rights. You have rights under European law to access and rectify, or erase, restrict, or object to Company's use of your personal data.
